Measurement of unsteady heat fluxes with heat meters
Abstract
The proposed modification of heat-meter design is well suited for measuring time-variable heat fluxes. A theory for the modified device and a calibrating procedure are developed. The sensitivity and time constant of heat meters are analyzed, and the measurement error is assessed.
