On using orthogonally polarized noncoherent receiving channels to detect target echoes in Gaussian noise
Abstract
Formulas for detection performance are derived for a noncoherent radar system that has orthogonally polarized receiving channels and uses linear video addition. The background is assumed to be Gaussian noise, and Swerling I and II target models are considered.
