Wide bandwidth phase-sensitive rectifier
Abstract
It will be shown that, using dual MOS transistors, phase-sensitive rectifiers supply good results from very low frequencies to the megahertz region. Capacitive influences are compensated after the principle of 'compensated voltage divider' in series/shunt mode of the dual MOS transistors. The two MOS transistors are driven alternately.
