Two equivalence theorems, useful in active RC transfer function synthesis
Abstract
In this paper two equivalence theorems are discussed, which give, for certain integrator stages, the possibility of transforming negative resistances into positive capacitances or negative capacitances into positive resistances. These theorems may be useful in active RC networks with integrators. Applications in transfer function synthesis are discussed including the special case of biquadratic functions and the problem of equally valued capacitances.
