FSK detector with high resistance to false commands for satellite applications
Abstract
The present work analyses the design of a FSK detector for use on the Cos-B satellite with sufficiently low bit error probability to satisfy ESRO requirements on command rejection and probability of false interpretation of command. A structure consisting of frequency discriminator and integrating low band-pass filter is considered. Error probability analysis is carried out for single- and double-threshold designs.
