On a class of escape orbits without collisions in the general three-body problem.
Abstract
The paper considers the general three-body problem with arbitrary masses and negative total energy, and demonstrates the existence of a class of solutions in which one particle comes in from infinity, passes by the other two, and then goes to infinity, with no collisions occurring. The set of these orbits fills an infinite volume in phase space.
