Printed circuits adapted for logical ultra-fast circuits
Abstract
A feasibility study of printed circuits with engraved resistors is presented. The image variables of integrated circuits with current commutation were studied with regard to electrical parameters, crosstalk, and thermal dissipation. The resistors were made with Micaply-Ohmega material. Techniques for multilayer circuits are detailed. A digital counter was made and tested in normal usage conditions at clock frequencies higher than 80 MHz.
