Annealing induced effect on the paraelectric resonance spectrum of KCl-OH - system
Abstract
Annealing induced effects on the paraelectric resonance spectrum of the KCl-OH - system (as reported by Dreyfus) have been quantitatively interpreted by assuming that in the as-grown crystals (unannealed crystals), the density of dislocations and other crystal imperfections are comparatively high. These crystal imperfections exert stress field at the impurity site, which are reduced to a minimum on annealing.
