Spatially multiplex optical-beam transmission by twisted beam
Abstract
By using twisted beams in spatially multiplex optical-beam transmission, crosstalk due to spherical aberration can be reduced. The amount of crosstalk in a curved waveguide with twisted beams and the transmission characteristics are investigated both experimentally and theoretically.
