Energy computation for a high-frequency oscillator operating in the optimal mode
Abstract
An expression for calculating the useful power of a high-frequency vacuum-tube oscillator operating in the optimal mode is derived. Formulas for the currents and voltages in the anode and grid circuits of the oscillator are obtained, and nomograms for use in engineering power calculations are presented.
