Some details about angular distribution measurements in inverse photonuclear reactions
Abstract
The determination of the absolute value of the cross section for inverse photonuclear reactions, and the rejection of the cosmic-ray background are discussed. Examples of experimentally determined finite solid angle correction coefficients for NaI(Tl) crystals are given and their application to the analysis of angular distributions of gamma rays is studied.
