Exact thermodynamic methods for hard-driven system; application to dynamic relaxation phenomena

The Hamiltonian of a forced system is contact-transformed into its conservative time-independent part. Equilibrium thermodynamics is then assigned whenever the unforced system follows such thermodynamics. Observable general relaxation laws for the forced system are established.
