Expanding atmospheres in OB supergiants-II
Abstract
A general approach to the problem of computing strong line profiles in hot extended stellar atmospheres is described. Using velocity-height relations derived in Paper I of this series for the atmospheres of stars RD 1s2236, 152408, Is 1804, atmospheric models have been built up by comparing observed and computed line proffles. A similar procedure has been applied to RD s394 using recently measured Hy proffles.
