Verformungszwillinge in dünnen Goldschichten
Abstract
Bei der Durchstrahlung von dünn geschlagenen Goldfolien (Blattgold) im Elektronenmikroskop werden dunkle Bänder gefunden, die sich trotz ähnlichen Kontrastes von Stapelfehlern unterscheiden. Mit Hilfe von Elektronenbeugungs-Diagrammen und Dunkelfeldaufnahmen im Lichte definierter Beugungsreflexe wird gezeigt, daß es sich bei den vorliegenden Erscheinungen um Zwillinge handelt, und zwar um Verformungszwillinge, welche durch die plastische Deformation bei der Herstellung der Folien erzeugt wurden. Die angewandten Methoden erlauben im Gegensatz zu Hellfeldaufnahmen eine Unterscheidung von Stapelfehlern und dünnen Zwillingslamellen. Entsprechend der Möglichkeit verschiedener {111}-Zwillingsebenen finden sich häufig nebeneinander Zwillinge verschiedener Richtungen.
