A Map of Mercury Based on Observations In April, 1950

This map is intended to be purely diagrammatic and indicates, therefore, merely the approximate sizes, shapes, and positions of the various markings. The markings were drawn only in the cases where at least 50% of the six participating observers recorded the individual feature under consideration.
