Synthesis of hollow cobalt phosphide nanocrystals with ultrathin shells anchored on reduced graphene oxide as an electrocatalyst toward hydrogen evolution
Abstract
Hollow CoP NPs with ultrathin shells about 3 nm on RGO are successfully fabricated. Hollow CoP NPs have a uniform distribution with the size around 10 nm to 20 nm. H-CoP@RGO provides more active sites and lower Rct in comparison to CoP NPs@RGO. H-CoP@RGO shows excellent catalytic activity and great stability for HER.
