Volume Expansion of Ganymede due to Temperature Change and Phase Change of Ices
Abstract
We estimate phase and volume changes coupled with Ganymede's thermal evolution using numerical simulations. From the results, we discuss surface features of Ganymede which could provide important constraints on interior dynamics and evolution.
