Features of the induced photopleochroism oscillations in a photosensitive structures based on CuInSe2
Abstract
The work is devoted to study of the phenomenon of oscillations induced photopleochroism depending on the different technologies for the creation of photosensitive structures CuInSe2. Induced photopleochroism was observed, and peculiarities of this phenomenon are discussed. A conclusion is made such structures beneficial to apply as sensors of polarization light for fiber optic.
