V1831 Aquilae = Nova Aquilae 2015 = Pnv J19215012+1509248
Abstract
S. Nakano, Sumoto, Japan, reports the discovery by by K. Itagaki (Teppo-cho, Yamagata, Japan) of a nova-like object (mag 12.4) on an unfiltered CCD frame taken on Oct. 5.548 UT using a 0.21-m f/3 reflector; Itagaki confirmed the variable on five unfiltered CCD frames taken around Oct. 5.557 with a 0.50-m f/6 reflector, yielding the following precise position: R.A. = 19h21m50s.12, Decl. = +15o09'24".8 (equinox 2000.0). The variable was designated PNV J19215012+1509248 when it was posted at the Central Bureau's TOCP webpage. E. Kazarovets and N. Samus note that the permanent GCVS designation V1831 Aql has been assigned to this variable.
