Allowance for Fermi liquid effects in the theory of electron states in "epitaxial graphene-metallic substrate" systems
Abstract
The problem of taking into account Fermi liquid effects in the theory of electron states of epitaxial graphene formed on a metallic substrate is considered on the basis of the Anderson-Newns model. Analytic expressions were obtained for charge transition in the "epitaxial graphene plus size-quantized film" system. Fermi liquid effects are shown to play a significant role in the theory of electron states in the system being considered.
