Estudio numérico de modos MHD en arcos magnéticos de la baja corona solar
Abstract
Performing numerical simulations with a numerical technique named divergence cleaning, we characterize the plasma dynamics and the modes that propagate in structured media, i.e., with small values of β = P_{g} / P_{M} and large magnetic Reynolds number. We show preliminary results that confirm others described by the coronal seismology, i.e. modes obtained with cylindrical geometry and in the line tied condition. This allows to adjust the numerical method to study the non-dissipative decay of fast modes in media of high Reynolds number.
