Dynamics of electrooptical-response formation in MOS-LC optically controllable transparencies
Abstract
The paper presents an investigation of MOS-LC optically controllable transparencies under conditions of synchronism and desynchronism of the feed voltage frequency of the transparency and the illuminating frequency. A diffraction-efficiency beat effect is observed in the case of desynchronism, and it is shown that the beat amplitude depends on the switching time of the liquid-crystal layer.
