A waveguide HF CO2 laser with optothermal and optogalvanic stabilization of the radiation frequency and power
Abstract
Results are presented on the optothermal (OT) and optogalvanic (OG) stabilization of a waveguide CO2 laser with a selective and nonselective type cavity and RF active medium excitation. It is found that the radiation power stability under OG stabilization of the laser with cavities of various types amounted to 0.2 percent.
