A time-integrated acoustooptic spectrum analyzer using a semiconductor laser and a CCD photodetector
Abstract
Results of experimental studies of a time-integrated interferometric acoustooptic spectrum analyzer using a CCD photodetector are presented. The signal was inputted by the time modulation of the semiconductor laser radiaton. A frequency resolution of 13 Hz during an accumulation time up to 100 ms and an analysis frequency band up to 1 kHz was obtained. To increase the signal-to-noise ratio, an additional analog processing in the CCD photodetctor was conducted.
