Electrophysical properties of single crystals of n-Cd/x/Hg/1-x/Te /x ranging from 0.24 to 0.40/
Abstract
Experimental results are presented on the temperature dependence of the electroconductivity, Hall constant, and Hall mobility of n-Cd(x)Hg(1-x)Te (x = 0.24, 0.27, 0.30, 0.40) single crystals in the 77-420 K range. The mechanism of charge-carrier scattering is determined
