Nonlinear absorption of the emission from a dye laser in a laser spark
Abstract
The paper deals with a theoretical and experimental study of the nonlinear absorption of the radiation of a dye laser operating at 6563 A by a laser spark plasma in hydrogen. It is shown that this effect can be used to determine the relaxation time in a plasma.
