Proton differential elastic scattering cross sections for the even isotopes of tin at 30.4 MeV
Abstract
Differential cross sections for the elastic scattering of 30.4 MeV protons have been measured for the isotopes 112Sn, 114Sn, 116Sn, 118Sn, 122Sn and 124Sn. With an experimental angular resolution of 0.94° (FWHM) and relative error assignments mostly in the range 1-2.5%, results have been obtained over the angular range 6° to 88° in 2° intervals and 90° to 144° in 4° intervals. These measurements are intended as an extension to existing data which already incorporate a similar measurement for 120Sn.
