A lattice perspective of kaon phenomenology

Abstract

I review recent lattice computations of the matrix element relevant for $K^0-\overline{K}^0$ mixing and discuss the advantages of fermions with an exact chiral symmetry to compute K→ ππ amplitudes. PACS: 11.30.Er Discrete symmetries – 13.25.Es Decays of K mesons – 12.38.Gc Lattice QCD calculations
