Erratum: ``The Northern Sky Optical Cluster Survey. IV. An Intermediate-Redshift Galaxy Cluster Catalog and the Comparison of Two Detection Algorithms'' (AJ, 128, 1017 [2004])

In the original paper there was an error in the richness calculation code. Due to this error, the richness values given in Table 1 were overestimated. We have fixed that and updated columns (6) and (7) of Table 1.
