Astrophysical Parameters associated to 'Hot' stars in Gaia DR3
Abstract
Hot stars, of spectral types O-, B-, and A-, represent a small fraction of the stars observed by the Gaia satellite. Their properties and the specifications of the on-board instruments make their identification challenging. In the Gaia DR3, 12,104,577 targets have been assigned a temperature greater than 7500 K. It represents ∼2.5% of the stars having an effective temperature value in the Gaia DR3 {astrophysical_parameters} table. We review the results obtained by the Apsis modules, focusing on the effective temperature, surface gravity, interstellar extinction, and vsini parameters.
