Exploring environmental, economic and social aspects of rainwater harvesting systems: A review
Abstract
An overview of rainwater harvesting systems benefits and barriers is presented. Rainwater harvesting can reduce energy use and GHG emissions. Stormwater runoff and non-point pollution are indirect benefits. Financial incentive and technical support are needed to disseminate the technology.
