Fermi trigger No 687344475: Global MASTER-Net observations report

MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB221013.38 (trigger No 687344475,19h 31m 14.40s , +27d 15m 00.0s, R=3.7) errorbox 1717 sec after notice time and 1759 sec after trigger time at 2022-10-13 09:30:29 UT, with upper limit up to 16.4 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 24 deg. The sun altitude is -8.1 deg. The galactic latitude b = 4 deg., longitude l = 62 deg.
