DORIS IGN/IPGP AC status : Using Gipsy-X for DORIS technique
Abstract
The DORIS technique is an orbitography technique based on the Doppler effect. It provides real-time precise orbits essential for all altimetry satellites. The IGN/IPGP Analysis Center (AC) of the International Doris Service (IDS) has been in existence for many years and has been providing the international community with DORIS products for many years. Until recently, this AC used the JPL GIPSY-OASIS data processing software. However, this software is no longer maintained by JPL and has been replaced by the brand new GIPSY-X software. This poster presents the first results obtained with the DORIS technique on this software within the framework of the operational restart of the IGN/IPGP AC. We present results on orbits, station positions as well as EOPs and comparisons with other IDS ACs.
