Study on Influence of Natural Radio Active Resources to Weather
Abstract
We will investigate how natural radio active resources from ground influence the local weather. We focus on these gaseous resources, which rise in air, from oil/natural gas wells in South FL. Airflow maps will be constructed utilizing meteorological data in order to see how the gas parcels are transported. We will also measure the amounts of the radio active elements at the wells with a NaI Gamma-ray detector. Eventually, we will exam any influences of these natural radio active gases to the local weather such as lightnings.
