The quality of Gold Queen Hami melons stored under different temperatures
Abstract
Gold Queen Hami melon stored at 3 °C have the best fruit quality. Two novel MYB genes from Gold Queen Hami melon fruit were isolated and identified. Storage at 3 °C enhanced FAD and ATPase activity, inhibited lipoxygenase activity. Cold stress in fruits was alleviated by JhMYB24 and JhMYB48 upregulation.
