Light variability of the ROTD star KIC 6222381
Abstract
We performed analysis of the photometric variability of A type star (ROTD type object) KIC 6222381. Periodograms calculated over the entire available set of observational data indicated the period of variations in the brightness of the star with the frequency F 1phot = 1.2289 day^-1. The peak corresponding to the value of F 1phot appeared on most diagrams constructed for sets of observations with the duration of about 90 days but on them it was not dominant. The maximum amplitude was achieved for one of the numerous peaks at lower frequencies. These peaks indicated evolution at characteristic times of the duration of the set. Evidence for a sufficiently rapid evolution of spots on the surface of KIC 6222381 is obtained.
