Localizando en la Galaxia al cumulo inmerso DBS 113
Abstract
Infrared spectra ( band) of several stars located in the region of the DBS 113 cluster were obtained using simple dispersion. The study of these data revealed that most of them would be of an early spectral type (OB). This information was supplemented with photometric multi-band data (VPHAS+, 2MASS and VVV), HI line data in radio (SGPS) and information from the literature. As a result of the study, we found differences between the spectrophotometric distance obtained from optical and infrared data, and with the kinematic distance from HI data. These discrepancies revealed the existence of particular behaviors in the infrared spectral distributions of early spectral type stars, and the limitation of the kinematic model in this direction. On the other hand, taking into account the spectrophotometric distance, the energy of the more massive stars allowed to explain the ionization of the HII region RCW 116B.
