Fourth National Climate Assessment Findings on Energy Supply, Delivery, and Demand
Abstract
The Energy chapter of the 4th National Climate Assessment (NCA4) provides further insight into the challenges of climate change on the U.S. energy sector by building on the findings of NCA3 and focusing on recent literature. Experts from the public and private sectors developed the chapter, which underwent a thorough review process from the federal government, the public, and a committee convened by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Following the release of NCA4, the chapter's findings will be communicated to researchers, practitioners and stakeholders at regional and national venues.
