Mexico Emissions 2014: Description of the New Emissions System from National Emissions Inventory to an Air Quality Modeling Database.
Abstract
Air quality modeling require information about meteorological conditions, land cover characteristics and emissions. Emissions Inventories are key factor in the air quality modeling for policy evaluation or forecast. The description of the system to convert the National Emissions Inventory 2014 is described. Description of the source categories (area, mobile and fixed sources) are presented.
The description of the system considers the conversion form annual emissions to emissions ready for modeling with WRF-chem, the temporal, spatial and chemical allocation are described.MOZART. An evaluation of the conversion in each step is made ifor quality assurance is presented. The results is a file useful for modeling with WRF-chem the emission inventory mechanism that can be generated are RADM2, SAPRC-99, CBM-V, RACM and- Publication:
