Origin of Anomalous Zr, Mo and Ru Abundances in SiC X-Grains: Indications of a Primary Charged-Particle Process
Abstract
We show that the neutrino-wind of core-collapse supernovae with its charged-particle component can consistently explain isotopic anomalies of Zr, Mo and Ru in SiC X-grains while at the same time reproducing the critical solar value of Mo-92 and 94.
