Bipolar ejection from the symbiotic binary Hen 3-1341 during its 2012 outburst
Abstract
High-resolution data in the ranges of the H alpha and HeI lambda 5876 lines in the spectrum of the symbiotic binary Hen 3-1341 during its last eruption in 2012 are investigated. The H alpha line had additional satellite emissions with a velocity of 1160 km/s on both sides of its central component indicating bipolar collimated ejection from the system. The HeI lambda 5876 line had a P Cyg absorption component indicating mass outflow with a velocity of about 150 km/s.
