A new numerical approach to the function reconstruction problem from the ray transform in refraction tomography
In this article the function reconstruction problem of refraction tomography is considered. Refraction in the domain is modeled by Riemannian metric. Constant positive curvature (CCP) and constant negative curvature (CCN) metric are examined as "refraction" metrics. A numerical algorithm to problem solving is proposed. Some numerical experiments based on the algorithm are presented.
