Magnetic and antimagnetic rotation in covariant density functional theory
Abstract
Progress on microscopic and self-consistent description of the magnetic rotation and antimagnetic rotation phenomena in tilted axis cranking relativistic mean-field theory based on a point-coupling interaction are briefly reviewed. In particular, the microscopic pictures of the shears mechanism in 60Ni and the two shears-like mechanism in 105Cd are discussed.
