Single crystals of BaFe2-xRuxAs2 have been grown without any flux and characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and resistivity measurements. Powder XRD measurements show ThCr2Si2 type structure without any impurity. With increasing Ru concentration the lattice parameter 'a' increases slightly and 'c' decreases. From transport measurements, it is found that the structural/magnetic phase transition found in pure BaFe2As2 at ∼ 139 K is suppressed by Ru doping, and superconductivity emerges for x ≥ 0.30, and a maximum TC of ∼ 20.6 K is observed around nominal x = 0.75. Based on the results, the phase diagram is constructed.
