Optical Properties of SHI Irradiated a-(Ge0.20Se0.80)0.90Ag0.10 Thin Films
Abstract
This paper reports the effect of oxygen beam irradiation on the optical constants of a-(Ge0.20Se0.80)0.90Ag0.10 thin films. The optical constants such as refractive index (n), absorption constant (α), optical band gap (Egopt), oscillator strength (Ed) and oscillator energy (Eo) have been determined. The changes in the optical constant have been explained on the basis of some structural changes which occur due to ion irradiation.
