The emerged soft gamma-rays population of PWN: keV-GeV-TeV accelerator
Abstract
A review of the new emerged population of SNR and PWN currently detected in the soft gamma ray range and their counterpart at higher energy will be presented, with particular regard to PWN emitting in the keV-MeV range and their relation with the new AGILE, FERMI and ground based TeV results. In fact, ESA's INTEGRAL Space Observatory has produced a new view of the soft gamma ray sky, now populated with more than 1000 high energy emitters. Among the main result related to our Galaxy, is the inventory of the high energy sources, the discovery of dozens of galactic variable binaries, the discovery of the new class of SFXT and a new view of SNR and PWN.
