Preparation of 20Ne, 24Mg, 28Si, 32S, and 36Ar targets by ion implantation into thin carbon foils
Abstract
The preparation of isotopically pure 3-6 μg/cm targets of 20Ne, 24Mg, 28Si, 32S, and 36Ar by the implantation of 25-70 keV ions into 30 μg/cm carbon foils is described.
