Some caveats on the evolution of the N/O abundance and the star formation history
Abstract
We carefully analyse how the abundance ratio of nitrogen to oxygen in stellar yields depends on metallicity when the primary component of N is from AGB stars. We show the results obtained with a chemical evolution model grid, calculated with variable star formation efficiencies which produce different star formation histories. Finally we see how the N/O abundance is related to the evolutionary history.
