B Decays with τ at Belle
Abstract
B decays with τ are sensitive to a charged Higgs predicted by extensions of the Standard Model such as the Two Higgs Doublet Models and the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model. We report measurements of the decays B+→τ+ντ, B→D*τντ and B→Dτντ using a large data sample of BB̄ pairs collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider. We observe a signal of B0→D*-τ+ντ decay with a significance of 5.2 σ and find evidences of B+→τ+ντ and D̄0τ+ντ decays with significances more than 3 σ.
