Ground-Level Neutron Rates during the Recent Solar Minimum

Neutron monitors have recorded by proxy the flux of Galactic cosmic rays since the 1950’s. This work evaluates cosmic ray fluxes during the recent extraordinary solar minimum in a longer-term context.
